Downloading the Zoom Client

If you are using an NSU computer, Zoom should be downloaded and ready to use. If you are using your personal computer or working from home, here are a few ways that you can download the Zoom Client.

Download from Zoom directly

1. Navigate to nsuok.zoom.us and select 'Sign in'.
2. Login with NSU credentials.
3. In the top right, there will be a drop-down box listed as 'resources'. Select 'Download Zoom Client'.
4. Select the option for 'Zoom Client for Meetings'.

Download from your Blackboard course

This is only applicable if your class has a recurrent Zoom meeting set up.*

1. Navigate to bb.nsuok.edu and login with your NSU credentials.
2. Navigate to one of your Blackboard courses.
3. On the left side of the screen, select the option for 'Tools'. 
4. Scroll down to find an option for 'Zoom Meeting'
5. Click 'Join' on the Zoom meeting and you will be redirected to Zoom's website where it will start to download the Zoom Client.

*This is applicable for any Zoom meeting as well. So if you are sent an invitation through email or join from the direct link, you will be redirected to Zoom's website and the Zoom Client will start to download.
