Desktop or Laptop Computer
1) Navigate to portal.office.com and sign in using your NSU email
2) Log into the NSU Single Sign On Login using your NSU username and password
3) Check yes or no if you wish to stay signed in
4) Hover over the Install Office link at the top right corner, and click Office 365 apps, the setup file will download
5) Run the setup file to start installing Office. It will download the files needed on the fly so a faster internet means a quicker install
6) After installation, start Office and sign in with your NSU account and start using Office 365

Microsoft no longer offers Office 365 on Google Chrome OS, we recommend using Google Docs instead, accessible via the following link:
Note: Students are able to install Office 365 on up to 5 devices.
Note: NSU-issued laptops with Office 365 installed must be connected to the NSU network every 180 days to avoid licensing error messages.
