Google Chrome
1. In Chrome click on the three dots directly below the X button on the top right of the page.

2. Click on settings.

3. A new tab will popup scroll to the down until you see the header “Privacy and security”.

4. Click the “Clear browsing data” option.

5. A smaller box will pop up make sure:
a. The tab is “Basic”.

b. The time range is set to “All Time”.

b1. Click on the drop-down arrow to change the time range.

c. The three boxes (“Browsing history”, “Cookies and other site data”, and “Cached images and files”) are check marked.

6. Finally, click “clear data” to clear all browsing data.

Firefox
1. Click on the three bars below the X button on the very top right of the page.

2. Click on the gear icon that says “Options”.

3. On the new tab, click “Privacy & Security”.

4. Scroll down until you see “Cookies and Site Data”. Click on “Clear Data”.

5. A new smaller box will open make sure boxes, “Cookies and Site Data” and “Cached Web Content” are checked.

6. Click clear to clear selected data.

Internet Explorer
1. Click on the gear icon at the top right of the page under the X button

2. Then click the “Internet Options” buttons.

3. A new smaller box will open, you should see a header that says “Browsing History” below it click on the “Delete” button.

4. A new box will open, make sure the following boxes are check-marked: Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies and website data, and History.
a. Note: “Preserve Favorite Website Data” is optional.

5. Once the correct boxes are check marked, click the “Delete’ button.

Mac Safari 14
1. With Safari opened click the "Safari" option on the top left

2. Choose "Preferences".

3. A new smaller box will open. In this box click, “Privacy”.

4. Click on “Manage Website Data…”

5. Inside this window click on “Remove All”.

6. A warning box will pop up asking saying this action can’t be reversed. Click “Remove Now”

7. Click “Done”.
