Finding & Viewing Your Tickets with ITS

1) Navigate to the ITS Client Portal at

2) Log in at the top right corner using your NSU username and password

3) Towards the middle left hand side of the page select the View My Tickets link

4) This will navigate you to a page with all of your tickets with the status set to New, In Process, or On Hold

  • If you wish to view tickets which have been closed out select the Status Class drop-down option and check the [Select all] box

5) Press the Search box with the magnifying glass at the top of the page to view your results

  • To view tickets where you are listed as a contact check the Include requests that I am listed as a contact on box and select the Search box once more
