Etrieve Content is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) content management solution that allows for the digital storage and organization of documents in the cloud.

Etrieve Central

Etrieve Central is another piece of the SaaS platform provided by Softdocs as a part of their Etrieve suite. Central is comprised of Forms and Flows that allows students and employees to complete forms online, and route them through a pre-defined automated workflow. Users can review, approve, deny, comment, or re-route forms based on their needs. Forms can result in action being taken by an employee or student on specific records or automatic updates into other systems depending on how the form is configured. Completed forms will be archived in Etrieve Content for future access or review.

* Employees can request form updates, document type updates, permission changes, and other Etrieve Content or Central needs with our Softdocs Etrieve ticket. Various departments and colleges should have a Forms admin that can help create forms and workflows. ITS will also be able to implement forms pending resource availability and department needs.

* Form and flow creation should be attempted at the department level before requesting to ITS to ensure there is no bottleneck as we balance on going requests.
