Website Services

Website Services are a collaboration between the Enterprise Systems team and the Communications and Marketing Department.

While the Web Master ensures content and accessibility guidelines are being met, our team ensures the functionality of the website is up to date and Online Directory data feeds are processing.

Online Directory

To update the information on your Online Directory profile, navigate to: https://www.nsuok.edu/directory/UpdateYourInfo.aspx

Some directory information is pulled from Banner and can not be changed by our department.

To update one office location, use the Change Directory Information form in the link provided above.

To update more than one office location, submit a ticket with us and include:

  • Campuses
  • Buildings
  • Office Numbers
  • Phone Extensions

To update your photo, contact the University Photographer, Mr. Pete Henshaw: henshaw@nsuok.edu or (918)444-2889

To update your department, contact the Controller, Ms. Tonya Massey: flock@nsuok.edu or (918)444-2179

To update your Job Title, contact Human Resources: (918)444-2230

Website Issue

When submiting a ticket to report a website issue, please specify the url of the NSU website you are having an issue with. Screen shots are very helpful in resolving these issues and can be attached to the ticket.
