Clearing Browser Data, History, Cookies and Cache

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the three dots directly below the X button on the top right of the page. Then click on settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the drop down arrow at the very bottom of the page, this will reveal more options. Select the “Clear browsing data” option.
  3. Make sure the three boxes are check marked and the time range is set to “All Time”. Note: Click on the drop down arrow to change the time range.
  4. Finally, click “clear data” to clear all browsing data.

Firefox

  1. Click on the three bars below the X button on the very top right of the page, then click on the gear icon that says “Options”.
  2. On the new page, click “Privacy & Security”, then click on “Clear Data”.
  3. A new box will open and you should be able to check mark the appropriate options. Once the correct options are selected, click clear to clear selected data.

Edge

  1. Click on the three dots under the X button on the very top right of the page, then click settings.
  2. On the settings page, there should be a header saying ‘Clear Browsing Data”, under it you can click “choose what to clear”.
  3. The top three boxes should be check marked. Once they are, click “Clear” at the bottom.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the gear icon the top right of the page under the X button, then click the “Internet Options” buttons.
  2. Once the new windows opens, you should see a header that says “Browsing History”. Click on the “Delete” button, then make sure the first three boxes are check marked. Note: “Preserve Favorite Website Data” is optional.
  3. Once the correct boxes are check marked, click the “Delete’ button.
