Overview
TCC users follow the same procedure as NSU users when setting a password for their accounts, the only difference being that when asked for your "Banner ID" you will submit your T number (including the T at the beginning) instead of the standard Banner ID that NSU users have. Accounts are created based on information sent from TCC IT to NSU IT - if an account is no longer being sent to NSU IT, it will be automatically disabled within a few days. If you need further help setting up your account, please contact the NSU IT Service Desk at help@nsuok.edu or at 918-444-5678.
- Navigate to NSU's password/MFA setup page: https://password.quicklaunch.io/api/open/showOpenChangePassword?tenantDomain=nsuok.edu&firstTimeUser=true&returnUrl=https:%2F%2Fsso-nsuok.quicklaunch.io
- Enter your first name

- Enter your last name

- When prompted to enter your "Banner N number" enter your TCC "T" number instead (including the "T")

- When prompted to enter your username, enter the username that was emailed to you by do-not-reply@nsuok.edu - it should look similar to
tcc.username
(if you did not receive an email or can no longer find it, please contact the NSU IT Service Desk and provide your T number so they can look it up and give you your NSU username).
- Enter the year you were born in (for example, if you were born on January 1st, 2001, you would just enter 2001)

- Enter a new password:

The password must meet these requirements:
- At least 1 capital letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
- Length is between 16-64 characters in length
- Does not contain your username, first name, last name, or T number
- Has not been used the last 5 times you have set an NSU password
- After setting up your password, you will be redirected to the NSU login page - you should sign in to verify your password works. After signing in for the first time, you will be prompted to enter account recovery settings. These will be used to reset your password once per year. An email address must be entered, and at least one additional recovery method other than email must be entered as well. NSU IT recommends all users set up the "Authenticator" MFA type, with an app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
Once you have set a password, you can use your NSU guest account to log into NSU desktops and sign into NSU wi-fi networks.
