Financial Aid 8.34.1.4 and 8.35, General 8.11, and Tax Update 266.

Updates will begin at 10:00am and should last approximately 2 hours.

About Information Technology Services

Information Technology Services

ITS provides students, faculty, and staff excellent service along with high quality, accessible, and reliable information systems to support operational processes and planning. ITS also provides a context in which students, faculty, and staff can use technology in instruction, research, classrooms, administrative operations, and public service. ITS is composed of three sub-departments which work together to help make NSU a great place to work and learn.

Client Services

Is the first point of contact for users, providing service for computers, printers/copiers, software, and training. This department consists of the IT Service Desk which is Student Worker operated, a Client Support Representative, Technology Support Technicians, an Inventory Specialist, and a Technology Trainer.

Enterprise Systems

Implements and maintains the larger systems like Banner, Blackboard, Argos, and third party systems. This department consists of System Administrators, Programmer Analysts, and Database Administrators.

Infrastructure

Maintains the network, servers, security and telephony systems. This department consists of Network Administrators, Telecommunications Analysts, and a Security Administrator.
